Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We currently accept PayPal payments. If you do not have a PayPal account then you can also submit a credit card payment via the PayPal interface.

Q. How can I cancel my subscription?
A. You can cancel your subscription directly though your PayPal account. Once a campaign has been approved and started we do not issue refunds.

Q. How many times will my advertisement be seen?
A. It all depends on how much advertising we have pre-sold, the type of advertising you select and how many slots you purchase. Refer to the latest available approximate site statistics below to get a general idea of how often our site is visited:

Q. How exactly does the rotation rate work?
A. We have pre-sold some of our banner advertising. Your ads rotation will be based on the remaining ad space available. The easiest way to explain this is with some examples:

   Example 1: Say you purchased one slot of "run of the site" footer banner advertising. Your cost for this would be $25 per month and you would then control approximately 50% of all the banners displayed.

   Example 2: If you purchased one home page middle banner slot your cost would be $50 per month and your banner ad would display on approximately 50% of all the home page views. If you decided to purchase both slots then you could effectively control 100% of the home page button advertising for $100 per month.

   Example 3: If you purchased one slot in the rides campaign your total monthly cost would be $20 and each banner would have an approximate 25% chance of being loaded each time one of the pages in the rides section is loaded.

   Example 4: If you sponsor a page, your ad will be seen exclusively across the page you are sponsoring. There is only one advertiser per sponsored page, so there is no rotation.

   Please note: Because the rotation of advertising is done on a random basis and different browsers will handle page caching differently the actual percentage cannot be guaranteed, but is very close to what is stated.

Q. Will my advertisement be linked back to my companies web site?
A. Yes, the banner or button will be linked to whatever web site or URL you would like. When one of our visitors clicks your ad they will be taken directly to that site.

Q. What if I don't order my advertising at the beginning of the month?
A. For our purposes, a month is considered to be 30 days. When you purchase a month of advertising, your banner will be shown for 30 consecutive days regardless of the calendar date. In other words, no, you don't have to order advertising space on the 1st day of the month.

Q. Do I need to have my own banner and button graphics?
A. We can either use graphics that you've made or we can make them for you. All banners and buttons are subject to our approval. If you would like us to make the banner ads for you, just let us know when you order the advertising and we will make them once payment is received. We'll get your approval on the graphics before we start the campaign.

Q. What are the restrictions on the banners?
A. Although we make the final call, there are not currently any set restrictions other than the specific image width and height size for the ad space you purchase. You can use animated images but it's suggested that your images be small in file size (less than 12k) because the quicker they load, the more likely they'll be seen and clicked on before the viewer scrolls down the page.

Q. Is it true that my skyscraper or button ads might not be seen?
A. Unlike the run of the site banners, skyscrapers and buttons are not loaded at the top of the page. Your ads are loaded on each page view but if the viewer doesn't scroll down the page, they won't be seen.

Q. Is the cost of the advertisment slot the same every month?
A. No. Prices of ads are subject to change at any time. Our rates will vary depending on monthly traffic. As we expand our websites we will notify you before monthly ad renewal of any prices changes.

Q. Do you have "pop-over" or "pop-under" advertising available?
A. We don't like subjecting our visitors to numerous pop-ups. Currently we do not provide this option.
